Head over to the Twillory Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate your request.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific garments you wish to return or exchange and indicate the reason to help us improve your future shopping experience.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in the original mailer if possible, and attach the label to the outside.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
